INGREDIENTS
Ground chicken - 250 grams
Garam masala - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Minced ginger - 1 tablespoon
Ground pistachios - 100 grams
Egg batter - 2 tablespoons
Oil - for shallow frying
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, blend ground chicken with garam masala, salt, red chili powder, minced green chili, cardamom powder, and minced ginger for about 2 minutes.
2. Then, pour in a bowl and mix in ground pistachios and egg batter. Divid into six equal portions.
3. Oil the palm of your hands and thread the prepared ground chicken onto skewers and shallow fry over medium heat until all sides are golden brown (see video).
4. Garnish with cumin powder and serve with sliced onions and lemon.
