Dry red chili - 3

Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Black peppercorns - 10

Eggs - 12

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Butter - 60 grams

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 180 grams

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Tomato - 160 grams

Bell pepper - 120 grams

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Pav bhaji masala - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Coriander - 5 grams

PREPARATION

1. Take a pan, add 3 dry red chili, 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin, 10 black peppercorns and dry roast until it turns golden brown in color.

2. Transfer this into a mortar and crush them with the help of a pestle.

3. Keep aside.

4. In a mixing bowl, add 12 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.

5. Heat 60 grams butter in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.

6. Then, add 180 grams onions and fry till translucent.

7. Add 1 tablespoon green chili, 160 grams tomato and mix it well.

8. Saute until it turns soft and pulpy.

9. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

10. Now, add 120 grams bell pepper and mix it well.

11. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

12. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric, prepared masala, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon red chili and mix it well.

13. Then, add the egg mixture in it and mix it well.

14. Cook for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat.

15. Add 5 grams coriander and mix it well.

16. Remove it from heat.

17. Garnish with coriander.

18. Serve hot.
