Prawns Koliwada

INGREDIENTS

Prawns - 250 grams
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 2 teaspoons
All purpose flour - 20 grams
Gram flour - 30 grams
Curd - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Oil - for frying
Mayonnaise - 200 grams
Bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
Tomato - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 2 tablespoons
Vinegar - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - for garnishing
Onions - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams prawns, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 2 teaspoons paprika and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 10 minutes.
3. In a another mixing bowl, add 20 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams gram flour, 2 tablespoons curd, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
4. Then, add the marinated prawns in it and mix it well.
5. Again marinate for 5 - 7 minutes.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
8. In a bowl, add 200 grams mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons bell pepper, 2 tablespoons tomato, 2 tablespoons onions, 1/4 teaspoon vinegar and mix it well.
9. Garnish the prawns with coriander and onions.
10. Serve hot with prepared dip.
