Rainbow Salad

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Water - 1.5 litres
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Macaroni - 250 grams
Water - 750 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Green beans - 115 grams
Veg mayonnaise - 85 grams
Yogurt - 70 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Brine tuna chunks - 115 grams
Cherry tomato - 100 grams
Oranges - 95 grams
Sweet corns - 110 grams

PREPARATION


1. Take a heavy skillet, add 1.5 litres water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir well.
2. Add 250 grams macaroni and mix it well.
3. Bring it to a boil.
4. Boil for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
5. Remove it from heat and drain the macaroni. Keep aside.
6. Heat 750 milliliters water in a deep pan, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and bring it to a boil.
7. Add 115 grams green beans and mix it well.
8. Bring it to a boil.
9. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
10. Remove it from heat and drain the beans. Keep aside.
11. In a mixing bowl, add 85 grams veg mayonnaise, 70 grams yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
12. Add 115 grams brine tuna chunks and mix it well.
13. Take a jar.
14. Add the boiled macaroni, then add a layer of tuna dressing.
15. Add a layer of green beans, followed by a layer of cherry tomatoes, then the oranges and sweetcorn.
16. Serve.
