Stovetop Tandoori Tikka Naan Pizza

INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour - 300 grams

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Yogurt - 75 grams

Water - 100 milliliters

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Yogurt - 200 grams

Roasted gram flour - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons

Garam masala - 2 teaspoons

Dry fenugreek leaves - 2 teaspoons

Paprika - 2 tablespoons

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Boneless chicken - 300 grams

Coriander - 50 grams

Mint - 10 grams

Green chili - 2

Onions - 30 grams

Peanuts - 30 grams

Garlic - 7 cloves

Processed cheese - 25 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Ketchup - to taste

Mixed herbs - to taste

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 75 grams yogurt, 100 milliliters water and knead it into a dough.

2. Add 2 tablespoons oil and tuck the dough well.

3. Rest the dough for 1 hour.

4. In a bowl, add 200 grams yogurt, 1 tablespoon roasted gram flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoon coriander powder, 2 teaspoons garam masala, 2

teaspoons dry fenugreek leaves, 2 tablespoons paprika, 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oil and mix it well.

5. Add 300 grams boneless chicken and mix it well.

6. Marinate for 1 - 2 hours.

7. In a blender, add 50 grams coriander, 10 grams mint, 2 green chili, 30 grams onions, 30 grams peanuts, 7 cloves garlic, 25 grams processed cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and blend it into a puree.

8. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken in it.

9. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.

10. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

11. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of your fingers to make a naan pizza base. (See Video)

12. Place it on a baking tray.

13. Preheat the oven to 440°F/230°C. Bake for 7 - 8 minutes.

14. Remove it from oven.

15. Spread the ketchup on it.

16. Then, spread the prepared green chutney on it.

17. Sprinkle some mixed herbs.

18. Add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.

19. Now, add the cooked chicken pieces on it.

20. Again add some mozzarella cheese and mixed herbs on it.

21. Heat some oil in a pan, place the pizza in it.

22. Add some prepared green chutney on it.

23. Cover it with lid and cook for about 10 - 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

24. Garnish with chilli flakes.

25. Cut it into slices.

26. Serve hot.
