Wheat Spaghetti With Minced Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Water - 1.5 litres
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Wheat spaghetti - 250 grams
Water - 500 milliliters
Tomato - 200 grams
Olive oil - 20 milliliters
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Basil - 1 tablespoon
Pasta seasoning - 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Ketchup - 70 grams
Chicken keema - 500 grams
Fresh cream - 80 grams
Olive oil - 20 milliliters
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Dry red chili - 3
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Italian seasoning - 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Cheese - for garnishing
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1.5 litres water in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon oil, 250 grams wheat spaghetti and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Boil the spaghetti and remove it from heat.
4. Drain the spaghetti and keep aside.
5. Take a deep pan, add 500 milliliters water, 200 grams tomato and bring it to a boil.
6. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
7. Heat 20 milliliters olive oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic and stir well.
8. Then, add 1 tablespoon basil, 1 tablespoon pasta seasoning, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
9. Now, add the boiled tomato and mix it well.
10. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
11. Add 70 grams ketchup and mix it well.
12. Then, add 500 grams chicken keema and mix it well.
13. Cover it with lid and cook for about 30 - 40 minutes on medium heat.
14. Open the lid and add 80 grams fresh cream and mix it well.
15. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
16. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
17. Heat 20 milliliters olive oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon garlic, 3 dry red chili and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
18. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
19. Now, add the boiled spaghetti and mix it well.
20. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
21. Serve the spaghetti on a serving plate.
22. Add the prepared chicken keema on top of it.
23. Garnish with cheese and coriander.
24. Serve.
