Wingstop Lemon Pepper Wings

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour - 155 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken wings - 770 grams
Oil - for frying
Dried lemon peel - 1 tablespoon
Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
Melted butter - 80 milliliters

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 155 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
2. Add 770 grams chicken wings and mix it well.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and fry these until light golden brown and crispy.
4. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
5. Place it on a baking tray.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
7. Remove it from oven and keep aside.
8. In a blender, add 1 tablespoon dried lemon peel, 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns and blend well.
9. In a bowl, add 80 milliliters melted butter, blended seasoning and mix it well.
10. Add this on baked chicken wings and mix it well.
11. Serve hot.
