INGREDIENTS

Minced chicken - 200 grams
Shrimps - 180 grams
Green onions - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Powdered sugar - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Chinese cooking wine - 1 1/2 teaspoons
All purpose flour - 130 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Water - 45 milliliters
Chicken stock - 1200 milliliters
Ginger - 10 grams
Garlic - 10 grams
Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams minced chicken, 180 grams shrimps, 2 tablespoons green onions, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1
teaspoon sesame oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons Chinese cooking wine and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 20 minutes.
3. In a another mixing bowl, add 130 grams all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 egg and mix it well.
4. Add 45 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
5. Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
6. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
7. Cut it into square shape.
8. Add the prepared chicken mixture in it.
9. Brush the sides with water.
10. Now, seal the edges by making a triangle shape.
11. Fold the edges with each other to make a wonton. (See Video)
12. Take a heavy skillet, add 1200 milliliters chicken stock, 10 grams ginger, 10 grams garlic, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce and stir well.
13. Bring it to a boil.
14. Cover it with lid and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
15. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
16. Now, add the prepared wontons in it and mix it well.
17. Again cover it with lid and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
18. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
19. Remove it from heat.
20. Garnish with green onions.
21. Serve.
