Masala Omelette Pav

INGREDIENTS

Eggs - 4
Onions - 60 grams
Tomato - 70 grams
Green chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 15 grams
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Green chili - 3
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 15 milliliters
Water - 50 milliliters
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Pav buns
Ketchup

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 4 eggs and whisk it well.
2. Add 60 grams onions, 70 grams tomato, 1 1/2 teaspoons green chili, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
3. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan, add the egg mixture in it.
4. Cook on moderate heat for 3 - 5 minutes.
5. Flip it gently.
6. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
7. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
8. In a blender, add 15 grams coriander, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 3 green chili, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 15 milliliters lemon juice, 50 milliliters water and blend it into a paste.
9. Keep aside.
10. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan, place 2 pav buns on it.
11. Cook for for 2 - 3 minutes from both sides.
12. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
13. On one side spread prepared chutney and on other side spread some ketchup.
14. Place the prepared omelette on it.
15. Cover it with buns.
16. Serve.

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - 1 teaspoon
Water - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Pav
Onions - for garnishing
Coriander - for garnishing
Lemon juice - for garnishing
