 Chocolate Momos

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour - 250 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 200 milliliters

Dark chocolate - to taste

Chocolate syrup - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

2. Add 200 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

3. Rest the dough for 1 hour.

4. To make momos, take a medium sized ball from dough and flattened it with the help of a rolling pin.

5. Place some dark chocolate in the centre.

6. Lift one side of the edge and start pleating. (see video)

7. Start folding and forming the pleats one by one. Towards the end, join the pleats in the center.

8. Place the momos in steamer and steam for 10 - 15 minutes.

9. Remove it from steamer.

10. Garnish with chocolate syrup.

11. Serve.

Tandoori Momos

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 250 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Oil - 1 teaspoon

Water - 110 milliliters

Oil - 2 teaspoons

Garlic - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 100 grams

Shredded carrot - 80 grams

Shredded cabbage - 325 grams

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Hung yogurt - 220 grams

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Dry fenugreek - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Oil - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Chaat masala - for garnishing
