 Maggi Omelette

INGREDIENTS

Water - 750 milliliters
Maggi masala - 25 grams
Maggi - 280 grams
Eggs - 6
Onions - 35 grams
Bell pepper - 150 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 3/4 teaspoon
Butter - 25 grams

PREPARATION


1. Take a skillet, add 750 milliliters water, 25 grams maggi masala, 280 grams maggi and mix it well.
2. Cook for 7 - 8 minutes on medium heat.
3. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
4. In a mixing bowl, add 6 eggs and whisk it well.
5. Add 65 grams onions, 150 grams bell pepper, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
6. Heat 25 milliliters butter in a pan, add the egg mixture in it.
7. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
8. Then, add the prepared maggi on one side of the omelette.
9. Fold the omelette carefully.
10. Remove it from heat.
11. Garnish with coriander.
12. Serve hot.

Cheesy Pav Bhaji Omelette

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 50 grams
Garlic paste - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon
Tomato - 230 grams
Bell pepper - 170 grams
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - 2 teaspoons
Water - 150 milliliters
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Eggs - 3
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 30 milliliters
Butter - 15 grams
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Tomato slices - for garnishing
Coriander - for garnishing
