MASALA PAPAD

Papad

Onions - 60 grams

Tomato - 60 grams

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Lime juice - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - to taste

Red chili - to taste

Sev - to taste

Black salt - to taste

Stuffed Cone Papad

Papad

Onions - 100 grams

Tomato - 70 grams

Cabbage - 120 grams

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Chaat Masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Apple - 120 grams

PREPARATION

Masala Papad

1. Take a papad cut it in four pieces. Place it on a tray.

2. Microwave for 1 minute.

3. In a mixing bowl, add 60 grams onions, 60 grams tomato, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon lime juice and mix well.

4. Sprinkle black pepper and red chili on fried papads.

5. Spoon the filling on the fried papads.

6. Sprinkle sev and black salt.

7. Serve masala papad immediately.

8. Enjoy!

Stuffed Cone Papad

1. Cook the papad in boiling water for half minute or less and roll it into cone shape.

2. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams onions, 70 grams tomato, 120 grams cabbage, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 120 grams apple and mix all the ingredients

well.

3. Fill the papad cone with prepared mixture.

4. Serve immediately.
