Bell Pepper Dosa Waffle

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

White lentils - 125 grams

Split bengal gram - 1 tablespoon

Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoon

Water - 200 milliliters

Rice - 330 grams

Flattened rice - 35 grams

Water - 500 milliliters

Water - 200 milliliters

Bell pepper - 170 grams

Onions - 70 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Oil - for greasing

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add 125 grams white lentils, 1 tablespoon split bengal gram, 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, 200 milliliters water and soak for 3 - 4 hours.

2. In a another bowl, add 330 grams washed rice, 35 grams washed flattened rice, 500 milliliters water and soak for 3 - 4 hours.

3. In a blender, add the soaked rice mixture, soaked lentils, add 200 milliliters water and blend it into a smooth paste.

4. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 170 grams bell pepper, 70 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.

5. Take a waffle maker and brush it with oil.

6. Pour the batter into it and cover it with lid.

7. Cook for about 7 - 10 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.

8. Remove it from waffle maker and place it on a serving plate.

9. Garnish with coriander.

10. Serve.

Masala Omelette Waffle

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Onions - 40 grams

Bell pepper - 120 grams

Tomato - 60 grams

Broccoli - 30 grams

Oil - for greasing

Coriander - for garnishing
