Chicken Wontons

INGREDIENTS
(For Dough)
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 20 milliliters
Water - 200 milliliters
(For Stuffing)
Chicken keema - 480 grams
Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Salt - 1 teaspoon
White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - for brushing
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
(For Dough)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 20 milliliters oil and mix it well.
2. Add 200 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Rest the dough for 1 hour.
(For Stuffing)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 480 grams chicken keema, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder and mix all the ingredients well.
(Rest of the Preparation)
1. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
2. Cut it into square shape.
3. Add the prepared chicken mixture in it.
4. Brush the sides with water.
5. Now, seal the edges by making a triangle shape.
6. Fold the edges with each other to make a wonton. (See Video)
7. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
8. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
9. Serve hot with ketchup.
Corn & Cheese Wontons

Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons

Corn starch - 2 teaspoons
Water - 2 tablespoons

Processed cheese - 150 grams
Sweet corn - 165 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - for brushing
Oil - for frying
