(Oriental Maggi)

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon

Onions - 80 grams

\Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Bell pepper - 30 grams

Mushrooms - 35 grams

Baby corn - 35 grams

Broccoli - 50 grams

Maggi - 120 grams

Water - 300 milliliters

Maggi masala - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Green chili sauce - 1 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

Ketchup - 1 tablespoon

(Chilli Chicken Maggi)

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Garlic - 2 teaspoons

Boneless chicken - 250 grams

Onions - 90 grams

Bell pepper - 60 grams

Green chili - 1/2 tablespoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili sauce - 1 teaspoon

Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Cooked maggi - 400 grams

(Italian Maggi)

Butter - 1 tablespoon

All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon

Milk - 220 milliliters

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Cooked maggi - 400 grams

(Maggi Open Sub)

Bread loaf

Butter

Cheese slices - to taste

Lettuce - to taste

Tomato slices - to taste

Onions - to taste

Cooked maggi - to taste

Black olives - to taste

Coriander - to taste

PREPARATION

(Oriental Maggi)

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ginger and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.

2. Add 80 grams onions and fry till translucent.

3. Add 1 teaspoon green chili and stir well.

4. Then, add 30 grams bell pepper, 35 grams mushrooms, 35 grams baby corn, 50 grams broccoli and mix it well.

5. Saute the veggies for 7 - 10 minutes on low heat.

6. Now, add 120 grams maggi, 300 milliliters water and mix it well.

7. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons maggi masala and mix it again.

8. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.

9. Add 1 teaspoon green chili sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup and mix it well.

10. Serve hot.

(Chilli Chicken Maggi)

1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 2 teaspoons garlic and saute till it turns brown in color.

2. Add 250 grams boneless chicken and mix it well.

3. Cook the chicken till there is no pink or the chicken is cooked through.

4. Now, add 90 grams onions, 60 grams bell pepper, 1/2 tablespoon green chili and mxi it well.

5. Saute it for 5 - 7 minutes.

6. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon red chili sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

7. Add 400 grams cooked maggi and mix it well.

8. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.

9. Serve hot.

(Italian Maggi)

1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and stir well.

2. Add 220 milliliters milk and stir again.

3. Bring it to a boil.

4. Then, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.

5. Now, add 400 grams cooked maggi and mix it well.

6. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

7. Serve hot.

(Maggi Open Sub)

1. Take a bread loaf and cut it into half.

2. Spread butter on it.

3. Place 3 cheese slices on it.

4. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 5 minutes or till the cheese is melted.

5. Place lettuce on it.

6. Add tomato slices and onions on it.

7. Now, Place cooked maggi on top of it.

8. Top with black olives.

9. Garnish with coriander.

10. Cut it into slices.

11. Serve and enjoy!
