Yogurt - 125 grams
All purpose flour - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Corn flour - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Red chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes - 500 grams
Oil - for frying
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Curry leaves - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 2
Yogurt - 110 grams
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 125 grams yogurt, 1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons corn flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons red chili, 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
2. Add 500 grams boiled potatoes and mix it well.
3. Marinate for 5 minutes.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a pot and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.
5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon curry leaves, 2 teaspoons garlic and saute for 1 - 2 minutes or till it turns golden brown in color.
6. Add 2 green chili and stir well.
7. Then, add 110 grams yogurt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
8. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
9. Now, add the fried potatoes and mix it well.
10. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.
11. Garnish with coriander.
12. Serve hot.
