Aloo Paratha With Liquid Dough

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour -250 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon

Boiled mashed potatoes - 120 grams

Water - 450 grams

Ghee - for brushing

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, add 250 grams wheat flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves. Mix well.
  2. Now, add 120 grams boiled potato, mix and add 450 milliliters water and whisk until becomes thick consistency.
  3. Take some batter and pour it in greased pan.
  4. Cook till dry from one side.
  5. Flip to other side and cook until done.
  6. Now, brush  ghee and cook from both sides until golden brown in color.
  7. Remove the pan from heat.
  8. Serve hot with curd.
