Aloo Tikka

INGREDIENTS

Potato - 250 grams

Yogurt - 50 milliliters

Fresh cream - 50 milliliters

Gram flour - 1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons

Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Pink salt - 1 teaspoon

Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Oil - 3 tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams potato, 50 milliliters of yogurt, 50 milliliters of fresh cream, 1 tablespoon gram flour, 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds, 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon pink salt, 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek leaves, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 3 tablespoons oil. Mix all the ingredients well.

2. Thread the potatoes onto bamboo skewers.

3. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

4. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with mint chutney.

5. Enjoy.
