Oil - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 100 grams
Spring onions - 2 tablespoons
Boiled potatoes - 500 grams
Soy sauce - 1/2 tablespoon
Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Hot sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 80 milliliters
Corn flour - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat - 1 tablespoon oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 100 grams onions, 2 tablespoons spring onions and saute until the onion turns translucent.
2. Add 500 grams boiled potatoes, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce, 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract, 1/2 teaspoon salt, to make corn flour paste add 1 1/2 tablespoons corn flour in 80 milliliters water and mix well. Add this into the mixture.
3. Mix well until combined. Continue to toss the potatoes until the sauce thickens and coats the potatoes nicely.
4. Garnish with spring onions.
5. Serve hot.
