Baked Bread Rolls

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Bell pepper - 100 grams (Divided)

Spring onion - 1 tablespoon

Green chili - 2 teaspoon

Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Boiled potato - 300 grams

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Mozzarella cheese - 40 grams

Cheddar cheese - 40 grams

Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon

Bread slice - 10

Water - 2 tablespoons

Butter - 2 tablespoons

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 100 grams bell and sauté for a 2-3 minutes.
  2. Then, add 2 teaspoons green chili, 1 tablespoon spring onion, and mix.
  3. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper , and mix well.
  4. Then, add boiled mashed potatoes, and add 1 tablespoon coriander. Mix well.
  5. In a mixing bowl, add 40 grams mozzarella cheese, 40 grams cheddar cheese, 1/4 teaspoon oregano and 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes.
  6. Mix and keep aside.
  7. Take bread slices and cut the edges with a sharp knife.
  8. Flatten it with a help of rolling pin.
  9. Place some stuffing on a bread, and prepared cheese mix.
  10. Now, apple some water on the edges of bread, and fold it properly.
  11. Place it in the baking tray.
  12. Apply butter on each pieces.
  13. Preheat the oven at 200°C
  14. Bake for 8- 10 minutes.
  15. Serve with ketchup.
