Baked Cauliflower Manchurian

INGREDIENTS

Water - 1.5 litres
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cauliflower - 400 grams
Corn flour - 30 grams
All purpose flour - 15 grams
Rice flour - 10 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 20 milliliters
Water - 50 milliliters
Olive oil - 20 milliliters
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 220 grams
Ketchup - 60 grams
Schezwan sauce - 20 grams
Red chili sauce - 20 grams
Green chili sauce - 10 grams
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 50 milliliters
Corn flour - 15 grams
Water - 50 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1.5 litres water in a heavy skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 400 grams cauliflower and blanch for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
2. Remove it from water and transfer this into a bowl.
3. In a bowl, add 30 grams corn flour, 15 grams all purpose flour, 10 grams rice flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
4. Add this mixture on cauliflower, add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 20 milliliters oil, 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
5. Place it on a baking tray.
6. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for about 10 minutes.
7. Remove it from oven and keep aside.
8. Heat 20 milliliters olive oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
9. Then, add 50 grams onions and fry till translucent.
10. Now, add 220 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
11. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
12. Add 60 grams ketchup, 20 grams schezwan sauce, 20 grams red chili sauce, 10 grams green chili sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and mix it well.
13. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 50 milliliters water and mix it again.
14. Bring it to a boil.
15. In a bowl, add 15 grams corn flour, 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
16. Pour the mixture into the skillet and mix it well.
17. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat or until the mixture thickens.
18. Now, add the baked cauliflower and mix it well.
19. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
20. Remove it from heat.
21. Serve hot.
