Banana - 2
Honey - 90 milliliters
Peanut butter - 100 grams
Rolled oats - 200 grams
Mini chocolate chips - 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Mash up 2 bananas in a bowl.
2. Add 90 milliliters honey, 10 grams peanut butter, 200 grams rolled oats and mix well to combine.
3. Add 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and mix well.
4. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a 1-inch ball. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours, allowing the oats enough time to soften.
6. Serve or store the energy bites in the refrigerator.
