Banana Paniyaram

Bananas - 500 grams

Jaggery - 15 grams

Wheat flour - 295 grams

Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add 500 grams bananas, 15 grams jaggery and blend well.

2. Transfer this mixture into a bowl, add 295 grams wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well to make a thick batter.

3. Take a scoop out of the batter and pour it in hot oil.

4. Deep fry these till dark golden brown and crispy.

5. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

6. Serve.
