Puffed rice - 50 grams
Mathi - 100 grams
Boiled potatoes - 100 grams
Onions - 50 grams
Tomato - 100 grams
Green chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted peanuts - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Mint chutney - 50 milliliters
Saunth chutney - 50 milliliters
Coriander - 2 teaspoons
Sev - 50 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 50 grams puffed rice, 100 grams mathi, 100 grams boiled potatoes, 50 grams onions, 100 grams tomato, 1/2 teaspoon green chili, 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 50 milliliters of mint chutney, 50 milliliters of saunth chutney, 2 teaspoons coriander and 50 grams sev. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Garnish with remaining sev.
3. Serve immediately and enjoy.
