Bombay Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

(For Chicken Marination)

Chicken wings - 700 grams

Curry powder - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic - 1 teaspoon

Green onions - 2 tablespoons

Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

Oil - 2 tablespoons

(For Yogurt Dipping)

Yogurt - 160 grams

Papaya - 50 grams

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Green onions - 1 tablespoon

Hot sauce - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION

(For Chicken Marination)

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.

2. Marinate the chicken wings for 1 hour.

(For Yogurt Dipping)

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the yogurt dipping ingredients and mix it well.

(Rest of the Preparation)

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 25 minutes.

2. Serve hot with the prepared dipping.
