INGREDIENTS

Bread slices - 120 grams

All purpose flour - 150 grams

Corn flour - 75 grams

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Ketchup - 1 tablespoon

Water - 300 milliliters

Oil - for frying

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Ginger - 2 teaspoons

Garlic - 2 teaspoons

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Curry leaves - 4 - 5

Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 60 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. Take 120 grams bread slices and cut its edges. Cut it into small squares.

2. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 75 grams corn flour, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam

masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 300 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.

3. Take a bread slice and dip it in the batter.

4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.

5. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.

6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin and stir well.

7. Add 2 teaspoons ginger, 2 teaspoons garlic and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

8. Then, add 1 tablespoon green chili, 4 - 5 curry leaves and stir well.

9. Now, add 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.

10. Add 60 milliliters water and stir well.

11. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

12. Now, add the fried bread in it and mix it well.

13. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.

14. Serve hot.
