Bread Cheese Burst 

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

(Beans Mixture)

Boiled beans - 250 grams

Pizza sauce - 2 tablespoons

Ketchup - 100 grams

(Cheese Sauce)

Processed cheese - 140 grams

Milk - 180 milliliters

Butter - 2 tablespoons

(Rest of the Preparation)

Bread slices

Salsa sauce - to taste

Masala beans - to taste

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

Tomato cubes - to taste

Sweet corn - to taste

Bell pepper cubes - to taste

Onions cubes - to taste

Salt - to taste

Chilli flakes - to taste

PREPARATION

(Beans Mixture)

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams boiled beans, 2 tablespoons pizza sauce, 100 grams ketchup and mix well.

(Cheese Sauce)

1. In a mixing bowl, add 140 grams processed cheese, 180 milliliters milk, 2 tablespoons butter and mix well.

2. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds for 4 times.

3. Mix it well.

4. Cheese sauce is ready. Keep aside.

(Rest of the Preparation)

1. Take a bread slice and cut its edges.

2. Flatten them with a rolling pin.

3. Take a another bread slice. Spread cheese sauce over it. Place the flatten bread on top of it.

4. Spread some salsa sauce and masala beans over it.

5. Top with tomato cubes, sweet corn, bell pepper cubes and onions cubes.

6. Sprinkle some salt and chilli flakes on top of it.

7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 3 - 5 minutes.

8. Serve hot.
