Bread slice - 6
Semolina - 200 grams
All purpose flour - 80 grams
Yogurt - 150 milliliters
Water - 200 milliliters
Onions - 80 grams
Tomato - 60 grams
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Coriander - 15 grams
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Take a bread slice and cut it’s edges. Break all the bread into small pieces.
2. Add 200 grams semolina, 80 grams all purpose flour, 150 milliliters yogurt, bread slices and 200 milliliters water in a blender. Blend it into a smooth and fine paste.
3. Take out the batter in a bowl, add 80 grams onions, 60 grams tomato, 100 grams bell pepper, 15 grams coriander, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well to combine.
4. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, take a spoonful of batter and spread in circular motion to make uttapam.
5. Cook bread uttapam from both the sides on medium heat till it turns golden brown.
6. Serve with ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
