Broccoli Cheese Nuggets

INGREDIENTS
Boiled broccoli - 125 grams

Boiled potatoes - 120 grams

Bread crumbs - 50 grams

Cheddar cheese - 80 grams

Corn flour - 2 tablespoons

Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Dried basil - 1/2 teaspoon

Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Oil - for frying

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 125 grams boiled broccoli, 120 grams boiled potatoes and mash them with the help of a food masher.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients in it and mix it well.
  3. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a tikki.
  4. Heat some oil in a pan, add the prepared tikki on it.
  5. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
  6. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.
