Broccoli Mac & Cheese

INGREDIENTS

Water - 800 milliliters
Broccoli - 500 grams

Boiled macaroni - 200 grams

Mother Dairy grated cheese block - 150 grams

Mother Dairy cheese slices - 6

Mother Dairy fresh cream - 50 grams

Mustard sauce - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Crushed black pepper - for garnishing

Parsley - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION

1. Take a pan, add 800 milliliters of water, 500 grams of broccoli and bring it to a boil.

2. Boil for about 10 minutes on medium heat.

3. Take a skillet, add 200 grams of boiled macaroni, boiled broccoli, 150 grams of Mother Dairy grated cheese, 6 Mother Dairy cheese slices, and mix it well.

4. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat or until the cheese melts completely.

5. Then, add 50 grams Mother Dairy fresh cream, 1 tablespoon mustard sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, and mix it well.

6. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

7. Remove it from heat.

8. Garnish it with crushed black pepper and parsley.

9. Serve hot.
