Broccoli Pakora
Sweet potato - 180 grams
Broccoli - 100 grams
Onions - 120 grams
Spring onions - 150 grams
Gram flour - 120 grams
Black salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
Water - 200 milliliters

Cilantro Coconut Sauce
Cilantro - 10 grams
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Coconut milk - 130 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 70 milliliters
Coriander - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION


Broccoli Pakora
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk until it's a smooth batter..
2. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Use a spoon to carefully load portions of the vegetable-batter-mix into the hot frying oil.
3. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

Cilantro Coconut Sauce
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Once all the pakoras are ready, drizzle them with the Cilantro Coconut Sauce and garnish with fresh coriander.
3. Serve.
