Boiled potatoes - 200 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Red chili - 1/2 teapsoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter
(For dressing)
Chapati
Mint chutney - to taste
Ketchup - to taste
Salt - to taste
Red chili - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Chaat masala - to taste

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams boiled potatoes, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala and mix well to combine.
2. Take a chapati and spread green chutney on it.
3. Spread potatoes mixture and take a another chapati over it.
4. Apply some ketchup and arrange tomato slices, onions slices, bell pepper, cucumber slices.
5. Sprinkle some salt, red chili, black pepper, chaat masala and take another chapati over it.
6. Heat a pan and apply some butter on it.
7. Place chapati sandwich and cook both sides until the brown.
8. Cut it into 4 pieces.
9. Serve hot.
