INGREDIENTS
Boiled potatoes - 300 grams
Green chutney - 60 milliliters
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Yogurt - 140 milliliters
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Tortilla
Tamarind chutney
Sev
Kurkure
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 300 grams boiled potatoes, 60 milliliters green chutney, 1 teaspoon chaat masala and mix it well.
2. In a another bowl, add 140 milliliters yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon red chili and mix it well. Keep aside.
3. Take a tortilla and fold it in half.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and fry until golden brown and crispy from both sides.
5. Take foil and place it in fried tortilla to keep the taco shape. Rest for 10 minutes.
6. Stuff each taco with some of the potatoes, top with yogurt mixture and tamarind chutney.
7. Sprinkle sev and kurkure over it.
8. Serve.
