All purpose flour paste
Corn flakes
Cheddar cheese
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Take a cheddar cheese stick, dip in all purpose flour paste and then roll them in corn flakes.
2. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Add the coated cheese sticks to hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
3. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Serve hot.
