Cheese Corn Puff Patties

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Butter - 60 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 160 milliliters
Butter - 125 grams
Melted butter - for brushing
Butter - 2 teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 80 grams
Boiled sweet corns - 200 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Milk - for brushing
Mayonnaise - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
Sweet corns - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Oregano - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 60 grams butter and mix it well.
2. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 160 milliliters cold water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap.
4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
5. Take a plastic wrap and place 125 grams butter on it. Cover it with wrap.
6. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
7. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
8. Now, take a dough ball and roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Place the butter in the center and fold the two ends over and refrigerate for 20 minutes again.
9. Take the refrigerated dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
10. Brush it with butter.
11. Fold the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Repeat this process 5 times.
12. Heat 2 teaspoons butter in a pan, add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and stir well.
13. Then, add 1 teaspoon green chili, 80 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
14. Now, add 200 grams boiled sweet corns and mix it well.
15. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
16. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
17. Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice and mix it again.
18. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
19. Now, take dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
20. Cut the dough into equal portions.
21. Take the portion and add the prepared stuffing on it.
22. Add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
23. Fold the dough and seal the edges.
24. Place it on a baking tray.
25. Brush it with milk.
26. Preheat the oven to 390°F/200°C. Bake for 25 - 25 minutes.
27. Remove it from oven.
28. Cut it from center to open the patty properly. (See Video)
29. Add some mayonnaise and spread it evenly.
30. Then, add some bell pepper and sweet corns.
31. Top with mozzarella cheese.
32. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on top of it.
33. Preheat the oven to 390°F/200°C. Bake for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
34. Remove it from oven.
35. Serve hot.
