INGREDIENTS


Cheese Egg Roll

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Onions - 70 grams
Carrots - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Mix herbs - 1/2 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 160 grams
Processed cheese - 35 grams
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Eggs - 2
Water - 250 milliliters
Oil - for shallow frying
Red chili sauce - to taste
Processed cheese - to taste
Mayonnaise - 50 grams
Ketchup - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION


1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 70 grams onions and fry till translucent.
2. Then, add 50 grams carrots, 60 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
3. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon mix herbs and mix it well.
5. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
6. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
7. In a mixing bowl, add 160 grams all purpose flour, 35 grams processed cheese, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon coriander, 2 eggs and mix it well.
8. Add 250 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
9. Heat some oil in a pan, pour the prepared batter on it and spread it evenly.
10. Cook on moderate heat for 3 - 5 minutes and flip it gently.
11. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
12. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
13. Add some red chili sauce on it and spread it evenly.
14. Now, add the prepared veggies on it.
15. Top with processed cheese.
16. Roll it tightly.
17. Cut it into half.
18. In a bowl, add 50 grams mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
19. Serve cheese egg roll with prepared dip.
