Cheese Rings

INGREDIENTS
Tomato - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Onions - 40 grams
Grated paneer - 50 grams
Mozzarella cheese - 30 grams
Cilantro - 1 tablespoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 80 grams
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
Bread slices

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 50 grams tomato,100 grams bell pepper, 40 grams onions, 50 grams grated paneer, 30 grams mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons ketchup and mix well to combine.
2. In a bowl, add 80 grams butter, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix well.
3. Take a bread slice, cut out rounds from the bread. Now take a another bread slice and do the same and again cut out little bit smaller circles using small cookie cutter. For each disc we need a big bread disc and a ring of same size. Set aside the cut breads.
4. Apply garlic butter on the base of bread disc. 
5. Place the bread ring on each disc. Now fill the center with the prepared veggie filling.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot with ketchup.
