Cheese Stuffed Potato Sandwich

Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
Paneer - 380 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 200 grams
Tomato - 200 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Prepared taco seasoning - 1 tablespoon
Bread slices
Boiled mashed potatoes - 1 kilogram
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cream cheese - 40 grams
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Prepared taco seasoning - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Beaten eggs - for dipping
Bread crumbs- for coating
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon onion powder and mix it well. Keep aside.
2. Take 380 grams paneer and cut it into long slices.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic and saute for 1 - 2 minutes until it turns golden brown in color.
4. Then, add 200 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
5. Now, add 200 grams tomato and saute until it turn soft and pulpy.
6. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
7. Add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
8. Add 2 teaspoons green chili, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it again.
9. Then, add 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
10. Now, add 380 grams paneer and give it nice stir.
11. Add 1 tablespoon prepared taco seasoning and mxi it well.
12. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
13. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
14. Take a bread slice and add the prepared paneer mixture on it.
15. Cover it with another slice of bread.
16. Cut it into half and keep aside.
17. In a mixing bowl, add 1 kilogram boiled mashed potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 40 grams cream cheese, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoons prepared taco seasoning, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 teaspoons green chili and mix all the ingredients well.
18. Take some mixture in your hand and flatten it with help of your palm.
19. Place the stuffed bread slice on it and cover it with the potatoes mixture. (See Video)
20. Dip the sandwich into the bean eggs mixture and roll it in bread crumbs.
21. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and shallow fry these until golden brown and crispy from all sides.
22. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
23. Cut it into half.
24. Serve hot with ketchup.
