Cheesy Fried Toast

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 60 grams
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Ketchup - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Paneer - 80 grams
Bread slices
Mozzarella cheese
Water
Egg wash
Oats
Oil - for frying
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and saute till golden brown.
2. Add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent.
3. Now, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoons red chili sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons and stir well.
4. Add 80 grams paneer and mix it well.
5. Take 2 bread slices and cut all its edges.
6. Flatten the bread with rolling pin.
7. Put some paneer mixture in the centre and add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
8. Put another bread slice on top of it.
9. Cut the bread it into disc shape. Put some water on the sides and press the gently to seal the edges properly.
10. Dip this in egg mixture and roll them in oats.
11. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry these till they are brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
12. Garnish with coriander.
13. Serve hot with ketchup.
