Cheesy Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS
Warm milk - 60 millilitres
Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Oregano - 3/4 teaspoon
Butter - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Butter - 60 milliliters
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
(For Dressing)
Mozzarella Cheese
Chilli flakes
Oregano
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl add 60 millilitres warm milk, 1 teaspoon dry yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar and mix well. Rest for 5 minutes.
2. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon garlic, 3/4 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon butter, 150 grams all purpose flour and knead into a smooth soft dough. Rest for 2 hours
3. In a mixing bowl add 60 millilitres butter, 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 tablespoons coriander and mix well to combine.
4. Take a medium size ball from the dough.
5. Flatten the dough circle.
6. Spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.
7. Top with some mozzarella cheese, chili flakes, oregano.
8. Fold the dough and seal the edges.
9. Transfer it to baking sheet and also top with chili flakes, oregano.
10. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until brown.
11. Serve.
