Cheesy Potato

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes - 920 grams
Cold water - 1.5 litre
All Purpose flour - 100 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 20 milliliters
Oil - for frying
Mozzarella cheese - to taste

PREPARATION


1. Take a 920 grams potatoes and cut into a small pieces.
2. Now, transfer it to a bowl and aad 1.5 litre cold water and wash them.
3. Then, in a another mixing bowl, add washed potatoes, 100 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoon coriander, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 20 milliliters water and mix it well to combine.
4. Heat some oil in a pan, add potato slices in it.
5. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese top of it.
6. Cover it with lid and cook for about 5 - 8 minutes on medium heat.
7. Remove the lid and place a plate on the top of the pan and flip the up side down.
8. Again, cover it with lid and cook for about 5 - 8 minutes on a medium heat.
9. Remove it from heat.
10. Now cut it into 4 pieces.
11. Serve with ketchup.
