Cheesy Tandoori Onion Rings

INGREDIENTS

Grated paneer - 200 grams
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Charcoal
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 300 milliliters
Onions
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
All purpose flour - for coating
Bread crumbs - for coating
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams grated paneer, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves, 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
2. Place a charcoal on it and add 1 teaspoon ghee.
3. Cover it with lid and cover for about 5 - 7 minutes.
4. Open the lid and remove the charcoal
5. Keep aside.
6. In a bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 300 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
7. Take a onions and cut it into slices.
8. Remove the onion rings from it. (See Video)
9. Place the ring on the board and add some prepared paneer mixture in it.
10. Press it lightly with the help of a spoon.
11. Then, add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
12. Press it lightly with the help of a spoon.
13. Again add some paneer mixture on it and press it lightly with the help of a spoon.
14. Place it in all purpose flour and coat it completely.
15. Dip it in prepared all purpose flour mixture.
16. Roll it in bread crumbs mixture.
17. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
18. Serve hot with ketchup.
