Chicken Cutlet

INGREDIENTS
Minced chicken - 500 grams
Onions - 60 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 3 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs - for dipping
Bread crumbs - for dipping
Oil

 

PREPARATION


1. Add all the ingredients in bowl and mix well to combine.
2. Divide the chicken mixture into equal sized portions.
3. Roll the chicken mix into patty shape.
4. Dip the patty in egg first and then roll it in bread crumbs.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Place the patty on hot pan and cook on medium heat on both sides and edges until cooked.
6. Serve hot with ketchup.
