INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken - 500 grams

Salt - 1 teapsoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

All purpose flour - for coating

Eggs - 2

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Bread crumbs - for coating

Oil - for frying

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, add 500 grams boneless chicken, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  2. Transfer it in blender and blend it coarsely.
  3. Place butter paper on the faulty surface and spread the blended mixture over it .
  4. Cover the mixture with another butter paper.
  5. Now, flatten it with the help of rolling pin.
  6. Then, cut the flatten mixture into small cubes with the help of a sharp knife.
  7. Coat each of the cube in all purpose flour, then, dip it in the eggwash.
  8. Now, coat it with bread crumbs evenly.
  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  10. Heat sufficient oil in the wok and deep fry until turns  golden brown and crispy.
  11. Serve hot.
