Chicken Strips With Garlic Herb Dip

INGREDIENTS
Dried oregano - 1/4 teaspoon

Dried basil - 1/4 teaspoon

Dried thyme - 1/4 teaspoon

Dried parsley - 1/4 teaspoon

Mayonnaise - 100 grams

Sour cream - 50 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Powdered sugar - 1/4 teaspoon

White wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Garlic - 2 teaspoons

Chicken breast - 450 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Eggs - 2

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

All purpose flour - for coating

Bread crumbs - for coating

Oil - for frying

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley and mix it well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams mayonnaise, 50 grams sour cream, prepared mixed herbs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons garlic and mix it well.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Take 450 grams chicken breast and cut it into slices.
  5. Transfer this into a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and mix it well.
  6. Marinate for 15 - 20 minutes.
  7. In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
  8. Take the chicken strip and coat it with all purpose flour.
  9. Dip it in the egg mixture and roll it in bread crumbs properly.
  10. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
  12. Serve with prepared dip.
