Chicken Taka Tak

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast - 350 grams
Hung curd - 100 grams
Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Tandoori masala - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 35 milliliters

PREPARATION


1. Take 350 grams chicken breast and cut it into pieces.
2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 100 grams hung curd, 2 tablespoons fresh cream, 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon tandoori masala and mix it well.
3. Marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Heat some oil in a grill pan, add the marinated chicken on it.
5. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
6. Remove it from heat.
7. Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
