Cheese Chili Hot Dog

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 250 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 45 milliliters, divided
Onions - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Oil - 30 milliliters
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Spring onions - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Ketchup - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Red chili sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Water - 50 milliliters
Spring onions - 2 tablespoons
Melted butter - 50 milliliters
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Hot dog buns
Mayonnaise - to taste
Spring onions - to taste

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams paneer, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon paprika and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Heat 30 milliliters oil in a pan, add the marinated paneer and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
6. Heat 15 milliliters oil in a another pan, add 50 grams onions, 100 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
7. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
8. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
9. Heat 30 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 2 teaspoons garlic, 2 teaspoons ginger, 1 teaspoon green chili, 2 tablespoons spring onions and mix it well.
10. Then, add the cooked veggies and mix it well.
11. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
12. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar and mix it well.
13. Add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons vinegar, 1 1/2 tablespoons red chili sauce and mix it well.
14. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
15. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
16. Pour the batter into the skillet and mix it well.
17. Now, add the fried paneer and mix it well.
18. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
19. Add 2 tablespoons spring onions and mix it well.
20. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
21. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
22. In a bowl, add 50 milliliters melted butter, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon garlic and mix it well.
23. Take a hot dog bun and make a rectangle on it with the help of a knife. Press it lightly inwards to make a space.(See Video)
24. Brush it with prepared garlic butter mixture.
25. Place it on a baking tray.
26. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 5 minutes.
27. Remove it from oven and fill it with prepared cheese chili.
28. Drizzle some mayonnaise on top of it.
29. Garnish with spring onions.
30. Serve hot.
