Chilli Chicken Naan Bites

INGREDIENTS

Egg powder - 100 grams

Water - 75 milliliters

Chicken breast - 500 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon

Corn flour - 2 tablespoon

All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons

Oil - for frying

Oil - 20 milliliters

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Spring onions - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 25 grams

Bell pepper - 35 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon

Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Water - 50 milliliters

Dry fenugreek leaves - to taste

Spring onions - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams egg powder, 75 milliliters water and mix it well.
  2. Add 500 grams chicken breast, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and mix it well.
  3. Marinate for 30 - 40 minutes.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
  6. Heat 20 milliliters oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon spring onions and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
  7. Then, add 25 grams onions, 35 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
  8. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  9. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika and mix it well.
  10. Add 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup and mix it well.
  11. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  12. Add 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
  13. Now, add the fried chicken in it and mix it well.
  14. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  15. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
  16. Take a ball from dough and dust it with flour.
  17. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
  18. Add dry fenugreek leaves on it.
  19. Cut out circles from it.
  20. Place it on a hot tawa and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
  21. Remove it from heat and transfer this on a baking tray.
  22. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 5 - 6 minutes.
  23. Remove it from oven.
  24. Place it on a board.
  25. Add some prepared chicken on it.
  26. Garnish with spring onions.
  27. Serve hot.
