 Chilli Poppers

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Green chili - 200 grams

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

All purpose flour - 150 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Eggs wash

Bread crumbs

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

1. Take a green chili cut it from centre and remove all the seeds from inside.

2. Soak them in water for 10 - 12 minutes.

3. Take a green chili and stuff them with mozzarella cheese.

4. Take a bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.

5. Dip the chili in egg wash and the roll them in all purpose flour and bread crumbs. Repeat this process again so it coat well.

6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and Depp fry these till golden brown and crispy.

7. Serve hot.
