Boiled noodles - 150 grams
Onions - 80 grams
Cabbage - 100 grams
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Carrot - 60 grams
Tomato - 50 grams
Tamarind chutney - 1 tablespoon
Red chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Cook 150 grams noodles in boiling water with a little salt. Once the noodles are half cooked, drain the water and wash it under cold water to prevent more cooking.
2. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry the noodles to get perfect crispy noodles. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
3. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except noodles and mix well.
4. Add the crisp noodles and stir well to combine.
5. Serve immediately.
